NMPA officially bans CBD and cannabis sativa fruit, effective May 28.

It is now official—cannabis beauty is banned in China. According to the latest official announcement posted on the National Medical Products Association (NMPA) website, any cosmetic product formulated with cannabis ingredient is not allowed to be manufactured in and/or imported to China with immediate effect.
